I am a Sacred Womb & Cycle Mentor and Womb Healer….this is my declaration!

Want to know a secret?

I am still nervous at times to declare to the world...

  1. that I am a cyclical goddess

  2. that my work is to talk about women's bleeding days - you know that thing that we were taught never to talk about

  3. that my passion is healing wombs and connecting women to their menstrual cycle power

Here's the thing, it's this nervousness and fear of being ridiculed or shut down that is my anchor to keep outing myself as a Sacred Womb & Cycle mentor and a womb healer. I know my fear is rooted in years of shame and disconnect from my body. From never having a council of women to teach me about the power of my womb and the importance of a women's cycle.

For me, going through fertility struggles made me open up to learning about my body and to dig deep into understanding why it was failing. Once those doors opened, there was not putting the curiosity back into a locked box.

Aligning to my womb wisdom and connecting to my cycle has been 10 years of exploring and every year I discover something new that takes me down a new road of deepening into the work.

So come in close....here is what I want you to know. Being curious about your cycle and your womb wisdom is one of the most freeing things you can do on the journey of healing your body. Your cycle holds codes, deep inner wisdom and once you tap into it, you will feel like the lights have just come on in a dark room that you have been stumbling in for years.

Our womb is the home of all creation - passion projects, babies, our authentic self - all of it is birthed from the energetic womb space. So join me in releasing the shame and opening yourself up to living in alignment to your womb.

First step, acknowledging that you are cyclical and that being this way is what makes you amazing.

Second, calling out your fears. What scares you about living as a cyclical goddess? Or what scares you about talking about your cycle and what you need as you move through the different phases?

Third, find ways to weave the sacred womb into everyday living. Not sure how, check out the Shee Sisterhood Membership where we dive in deep to understanding all the ways we can live in deeper alignment with our cycle so we can feel inspired and joy-filled everyday.
