I have been there—that rock-bottom moment when it all feels too much. Juggling three kids, building a business, and trying to keep a marriage thriving, while still managing the household, finances, medical check-ups, extracurricular activities, homework—the list just keeps going.

I’d love to tell you that I hit rock bottom, pulled myself out, and went on to live a perfectly balanced life. The truth? My 30s were a roller coaster of burnout, feeling like I was losing myself, negotiating balance through living cyclically, and then feeling burnt out all over again. But what I learned through these experiences was invaluable.

Burnout as a working mom in a patriarchal system—where women’s to-do lists only grow longer—taught me how to spot the signs before it hits and build a toolbox of resources to maintain balance. I’ve stepped into my 40s living the life I dreamed of—vibrant, aligned, and grounded—and I want the same for you.

As a Women’s Hormone & Wellness Practitioner, nothing is more important to me than helping woman thrive though understanding their body and finding the tools to help them thrive.

Over the past decade, I’ve turned every stone to uncover why women are burning out at extreme rates and how this constant level of stress exacerbates menstrual-related conditions and perimenopause symptoms.

  • If you are local (Edmonton, AB) and would like to meet in person at my home based studio, we can definitely meet in person. However, all this work can be done through zoom as well.

    If we meet on zoom, our zoom calls will be recorded and your will be provided a replay video in your online portal that you can re-watch as much as you like while you have access. You get full access to all material for 4 months from the date of our first session together.

  • No. I try to have one evening and every second Sunday open for coaching sessions. I also have 2 weekday morning to see you as well.

    I am a mom of 3 kids so I try to work around school schedules and when I have childcare support. If you cannot find a date on my booking system that works for you, reach out and I am positive we can find a time that works for both of us.

  • I cannot wait to meet you and help you figure out if this coaching program is the right fit for you.

    If you want continued access, you can purchase add on sessions that will extend your time in your portal. We talk about this at the end of our 3 months when we review your goals and achievements.

  • All you need is a computer or phone for our zoom calls.

    If you are adding on Yoga Hormone Therapy, then you may want to get a few basic yoga props. I can provide you links of where to purchase (I even have a few discount codes). I will also provide suggestion on household items you can use instead as well. Towels, pillows and blankets can make great props.
