As many of you know, I stepped away for the hustle and bustle of life over the summer months. I was on a quest to rest my body and re-establish balance in my hectic life as a mom and business owner. As women we can take on the roles of wearing so many hats that we end up losing ourselves in being everything to everyone…or at least this is how I was feeling.
Over the past 3 months, I took a break from some of the projects and expectations that were keeping me busy and overwhelmed. I grounded back into my menstrual practices, befriended rest, and got clarity on what I needed to come into this Autumn season with better balance.
