You may be asking what the heck is Metabolic Health? I think for most of us women this doesn’t really hit our radar until we hit perimenopause when all of a sudden we have unexpected weight gain, our hormones seem to be on a rollercoaster, and burnout seems to be a regular thing.

This week we have Darci Hawxhurst joining us again on the podcast, but this time she is going to share what is metabolic health and how as women we can support our hormone health with creating metabolic flexibility.
