Episode 27: My Painful Period Experience & What It Taught Me

So this just happened….I had my first painful period in probably 10 years!

It took me by surprise, but in all reality it shouldn’t have. I was not taking care of my cycle and I was pushing through when I need to take it easy and rest.

It’s funny how our goal orientated part of the brain tells us it will be fine - just do it even though our intuition is screaming at us that this will be a bad idea.

In this episode I will share the bad (or not so in alignment) choices I made, how it effected my bleed and what I learned from it. Hopefully this will help you get curious as to how you too may be living out of alignment with your hormones which could be affecting your bleed days.
