Have you ever sat in your car taking deep breathes to calm your anxiety before going in to see your doctor? Advocating for our health can be scary as hell. As women it is very common to feel unheard in our hormone health concerns. It may even feel like our only option is to stay feeling broken.
This week on the podcast, I have my very good friend, Heidi Mason, joining me in an open, honest and raw conversation on both our experiences within the Bio-Medical structure (aka…our current medical system) and why it may feel like its failing us and what we can do to feel empowered when advocating for ourselves.

How authoritative ego is contributing to women not receiving the care they are asking for
