Episode 3: How to feel differently about your menstruation so you are actually excited about bleeding?

In this episode we are going to talk about the dreaded bleed...our menstruation.

For so many of us, we hold shame or disgust or deep hatred for our bleed days. It can make us feel isolated, unwanted, and often is accompanied by pain.

As women we have really been taught to suffer in silence and that menstruation is a private topic that should not be discussed with others outside of your health care professionals.

Well, I am here to change that!

My deep desire is that we return back to the red tent days where women were honoured and supported during their bleed. That the bleed is what connected us to sisterhood and community. And that this sacred time was one where we connected to our intuition and to the gifts of our cycle.

In this episode, we are going to explore:

1. Why it is important for our senior years?

2. How it is keeping us healthy each month?

3. How to reframe your feelings about your bleed if you are going through infertility, heavy or painful periods?

4. What I do to nourish myself during my bleed?

5. And finally my latest boundary that I created to help me during the holidays while bleeding.
