Just like puberty can be challenging for teens as they navigate unfamiliar territory, so can perimenopause be for women.

In this weeks episode I have Hannah Brown joining me to discuss and share wisdom on the parallels of puberty and perimenopause. We will explore topics from first bleeds, to menstrual shame to understanding the power of menstrual story work.

Hannah Brown is a cycle coach and social worker. Her passion is to provide support for menstruators to help them reconnect and reclaim their cycles, as well as coach women on how to support children as they prepare for their cycles to begin. As a mom to a daughter entering puberty and as a women in perimenopause she is beginning to dive into understanding the trends between these two big life transitions.
