So many of you asked for more information on period products…

  • Disposable vs Re-Usable

  • Pads vs Tampons

  • What about period underwear

  • And what the heck is free bleeding

In this episode, I give you the low down on my personal opinion on all these products, how they affect my body, and what I personally use. I can honestly say that Period Positivity has created an era of so many great options for our bleed time. Gone are the days of the commercials only promoting blue liquid poured on Always Pads.

We deserve better and we have better! Tune in to hear all about it.
