Often, it’s not the to-do lists that I create that create the overwhelm and stress. It is the non stop mental workload that is constantly running in the background. It is the thoughts that keep me awake, the micro-managing of the to-do list, and endless storage of facts and details that I need to know in order to keep the home and my work life flowing.

And at times it is just too damn much!

Today, Ellen Hooper is going to guide us on how we can start taking steps to share and off-load the mental workload.
