This is why they are so powerful…they are part of mother earth. They hold energy because they are no different than a tree or the grass you stand on. Therefore, they have something to offer you in your healing journey.

So when I bring crystals into a reiki treatment, they are to enhance and amplify the movement of energy within the body.

So you can see how removing stagnet energy and giving them a boost can really play into how well the body can re-establish it’s own balance.

Balance equals vitality and vitality translates to healing.
